Dealing With Hurt:  The Challenge of Life!

None of us will go through life without being hurt. Dealing with the pain we encounter is the challenge of life, but also likely what most affects our destiny. Our relationships, mood, and almost every area of our life will be affected by how we deal with hurt. We can respond to hurt in ways that cause more damage than what the initial hurt caused. 

I will be hosting a conference on dealing with hurt, which is one of the most important and needed conferences I lead.  Since being a psychologist, I have been counseling hurting people for decades. I have been in the front lines of hurts of all kinds.  I have seen the effects of disappointments, rejection, tragedies, mental illness, betrayals, and traumas that being in a sin infested world brings.
